Цели

The Foundation purpose is formation of property on the basis of voluntary payments and other receipts not forbidden by the law and use of this property for the organization of assistance to development of structures of a civil society in Russia and other countries means of formation, education and legal aid, and also use of the specified property on other socially useful purposes.

The Foundation is not political public association, has no is more whole to participate in elections of public authorities by means of promotion of candidates and the organization of their pre-election campaign.

For achievement of the authorized purposes the Fund carries out following problems:
1. Assistance to citizens, public associations of citizens and to other noncommercial organizations in realization of their constitutional laws and freedom by granting of legal aid, distribution of legal knowledge, carrying out of lectures, seminars, trainings, conferences.
2. Assistance to public associations of citizens and to other noncommercial organizations in creation of rational systems of self-organizing and self-management, increase of efficiency of their participation in socially useful activity and socially useful social transformations.
3. Working out of initiative projects legislative and statutory acts in sphere of legal regulation of activity of public associations of citizens and other noncommercial organizations, carrying out of examinations such operating legislative and statutory acts, and also projects such legislative and statutory acts.
4. The organization
Studying of practice and the theory of creation and functioning of structures of a civil society in Russia and other countries,
Carrying out of politological, economic, legal and humanitarian researches mainly in connection with formation and development of a civil society in Russia and other countries,
Studying and distributions of foreign experience of regulation and activity of public associations of citizens and other noncommercial organizations to Russia and other countries,
Carrying out of researches concerning interaction of public associations of citizens and other noncommercial organizations with the power.
5. The organization of the international training and exchanges for students, researchers, the experts specializing in area of studying of a civil society in Russia and other countries.
6. Publishing realization.
7. Gathering, classification and the analysis of data about occurrence and activity of structures of a civil society, granting of the specified data in using to interested public associations of citizens and other noncommercial organizations.
8. Propagation of ideas of mercy and humanism.
9. Realization when due hereunder the international contacts to foreign public associations of citizens and other noncommercial organizations, realization with them joint noncommercial projects and the programs directed on realization of the authorized purposes and problems of Fund
10. For achievement of the authorized purposes the Foundation has the right to carry out as well other problems which are not contradicting the legislation of the Russian Federation.
